Mind-Body Retreats 

Beginning in late spring to early summer of 2017 Raymond Lane Retreats will be offering several mind-body retreats. These retreats will take advantage of the quiet, relaxing nature of our area so to help you reconnect with yourself, release stress, and recharge. 

Along with the time spent in Nature, we will make use of a variety of mindfulness techniques, carefully selected from martial arts, yoga, along with storytelling meditation.
